Juniors Pot Seedlings

Georgia Military College Prep School students in LTC Scott Seagraves’ ethics class recently visited the Georgia War Veterans’ Cemetery to pot dogwood seedlings for the cemetery’s Arbor Day celebration in April. The class, comprised of members of the junior class, potted over 100 trees and then enjoyed a tour of the cemetery grounds.

Brain Bowl

Georgia Military College’s Brain Bowl Team recently placed fifth in the gold division of the Tallahassee Brain Bowl. Members of GMC’s team include Phi Theta Kappa members Crystle Leithleiser, Jessica Jackson, Brian Girouard, and Sarah Mellan. Nineteen schools were represented with 22 teams competing.
